A ten-unit anterior bridge made with zirconium oxide.

Almost any other ceramic would crack under the flexing stress of a ten-unit restoration. Zirconium oxide (zirconia), however, also known as “ceramic steel,” has an exceptionally high tensile strength and is therefore suitable for this type of restoration.
