Coordinated interdisciplinary care included: TMJ therapy, oral surgery, periodontics, endodontics, osteopathic manipulation, and highly specialized prosthetic dentistry with custom components fabricated by German master technician, Thomas Schmidt, ZTM, of Dentaris Zahntechisches, in Marburg, Germany. Mr. Schmidt traveled to the U.S.A. twice to consult with the patient at Dr. Chal's office.
