In January 2004, Woodward/White published the First Edition of The Best Dentists in America (2004-2005). Dr. Chal was selected by a vote of his peers for inclusion. Woodward/White has been publishing The Best Lawyers in America for twenty years and The Best Doctors in America for twelve years.

Dr. Chal is again selected as a "Top Dentist" in Phoenix by Phoenix Magazine. Their 2009 selections included a new category, "Cosmetic Dentists," and Dr. Chal was the only top cosmetic dentist listed for Phoenix.

2005 Top Dentist Survey

For the third consecutive year, Dr. Chal has been selected by his peers as a Phoenix Magazine “Top Dentist”. Once again, Dr. Chal was the only American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry accredited cosmetic dentist selected.

In September 2003 Phoenix Magazine published their first ever ranking of dentists in Maricopa County. They named Dr. Chal as one of their top dentists. They surveyed 1,500 dentists in the metropolitan area.
