A Team of Specialists for Complex Dental Care
Many of the cases Dr. Chal treats are very complex. Because of his reputation, he gets referrals from the Mayo Clinic, from other dentists and medical specialists. These professionals send him trauma cases, people with complex pain or function issues, and patients that other dentists have attempted to treat without success. Others find out about us and come to us from around the country and even from the other side of the world.
To meet the needs of these patients, Dr. Chal has assembled a team of highly skilled specialists, each a recognized authority.
The Phoenix Group, LLC was formed by Dr. Chal to provide coordinated interdisciplinary care for patients with complex medical-dental problems. Dr. Chal’s vision is to provide the patient with a precise diagnosis by following systematic protocols that he has developed. His unique treatment approach is to balance and harmonize the cranial skeleton, TMJ, facial muscles and teeth. When all of these components function together, the outcome can be spectacular.
Some patients will need expanded dental specialty care; for example, periodontics, endodontics, orthodontics, or oral surgery as a component of their treatment. The most involved cases would require skeletal radiographs and TMJ MRI’s that would be reviewed by an oral and maxillofacial radiologist. The patient is then provided with a definitive diagnosis, thorough informed consent and treatment recommendations. As a team of specialists, The Phoenix Group, LLC, is directed by Dr. Chal and provides all aspects of care. The goal of treatment is to provide long-term health, stability, and comfort; therefore, enhancing the patient’s quality of life.
